OVERVIEW
CREAIT Collective is a community-based project at the intersection of fashion and artificial intelligence. The aim of the project was to develop a platform that facilitates exchange, further education and visibility for fashion designers, students and experts. The focus is on how AI is changing the creative process in the fashion industry and what new forms of collaboration this can give rise to.
The project is based on two central touchpoints: a website as a digital hub and the CREAIT Festival as a physical core event. Together, they form an ecosystem that connects community, content and experience and promotes both digital and analogue exchange.
The development combined strategic research with creative implementation. This included a target group analysis based on Sinus-Milieus, extensive UX research methods, user testing, and the creation of wireframes, a design system, and a consistent visual identity. Qualitative research revealed a clear need for exchange formats within the fashion industry, which CREAIT specifically addresses through its community structure.
The result was a website prototype and a festival format that exemplify how a community-oriented brand can be designed and implemented. CREAIT Collective thus offers not only a conceptual and visual result, but also a guide for building a community that combines digital and analogue formats, enables participation and actively shapes the discourse on AI in fashion.

BRAND NAME AND LOGO
The name CREAIT combines creative work with technological innovation. Derived from ‘create’ and expanded by the integrated ‘AI’, it conveys the brand idea directly in the word: fashion design in interaction with artificial intelligence. Its international comprehensibility, short form and high memorability make CREAIT a versatile umbrella name that can be flexibly expanded into sub-brands such as CREAIT Festival, CREAIT Voices or CREAIT Labs.
The visual appearance is based on a clear, modern word mark in Big Shoulders Display. The typography is powerful, easy to read and harmoniously balanced, making it consistently effective both digitally and in print. The word mark can be used in all primary and accent colours and remains consistent and accessible on websites, social media, posters and presentations.

FESTIVAL
The CREAIT Festival forms the physical heart of the CREAIT Collective and creates a space for exchange, knowledge transfer and community experience at the intersection of fashion and artificial intelligence. To ensure the festival runs smoothly and in line with the brand, various physical and digital products have been designed to guide visitors, speakers and staff through the event.
The products developed include paper and e-tickets, admission wristbands with QR codes for check-in and access to the interactive festival map, as well as passes for staff, speakers and the press that clearly communicate roles and provide orientation. For external communication, advertising materials such as metro posters and social media templates were designed to consistently convey CREAIT's visual identity and increase the festival's visibility.

WEBSITE
The website is CREAIT's core project and serves as a central platform for the community. It represents the collective to the outside world, attracts new members and creates a space for exchange, inspiration and collaborative experiments at the interface of fashion and artificial intelligence. With content such as Voices articles, prompting contests, resources and event updates, the website makes knowledge visible and actively invites the community to participate. At the same time, it functions as the digital stage for the CREAIT Festival, connecting the online experience with the physical elements of the project.
The website was created in several iteration loops and was consistently developed further based on user needs. The information architecture, range of functions and visual design were gradually refined, tested and optimised to create an intuitive, accessible and aesthetically coherent user experience. The result is a consistent, scalable system that supports both the diversity of content and the dynamic identity of the CREAIT Collective, bringing the community together in the long term.

Written Thesis
As part of the project, an extensive written academic thesis was developed alongside the visual and conceptual output. The publication's editorial design reflects CREAIT's branding and visual identity. The thesis is structured into the following chapters: Introduction; Fundamentals; Analysis; Concept; Media Output; and Conclusion.
